Yes, we offer several packages and bundles for party equipment rentals that can save you money compared to renting items individually. Contact us for more information and pricing.

We suggest having a clear open space available for our setup. Each tent takes up 3 ft (length) by 6 ft (width) and walking space for party-goers is recommended.

At this time, our teepees are for indoor parties only. Check back in with us as we grow to include outdoor rentals!

Cancellations should be made at least one week prior to the set up date. Any cancellations made before this time will allow for the non-refundable deposit to be applied to a future reservation. Cancellations closer to the party date will result in full forfeiture of deposit.

We cater to a wide variety of ages! However, we recommend that children are at least 4 years old!

 All mattresses are wiped down and sanitized while all bedding is laundered after pickup and prior to setup. If you have sensitivities to detergents, please let us know so we can discuss different laundering options.

We handle everything from booking to set up. Clients are only responsible for having the area cleared prior to arrival for setup. Our team is unable to move furniture or delay setup upon arrival.

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve date and time. This will be deducted from total.

The remainder of the balance is due 1 week prior to setup. Event will be cancelled and deposit lost if balance is not paid.

Last minute bookings will require full payment upon booking

We accept online debit/credit payments, cash-app, venmo, paypal, cash, or check.

You can make some changes to your rental order up to 1 week before your scheduled delivery date. Changes made within this time may be subject to a fee.

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for a different date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a refund or credit for a future rental.
